Q: What is a Pilgrimage Class?
A: Pilgrimage means to go on a journey with a spiritual focus that leads to an encounter with God. When someone chooses to join a new faith community (or recommit to one), it is often because they are on a journey to more fully encounter and be in relationship with God. In recognition of this, we offer a time where you can learn more about the Episcopal Church’s spirituality and history and St. Francis’ particular way of embodying these things.
All those interested—especially those who are new or recommitting—are invited to a Pilgrimage class and lunch on Sunday, October 13, at noon. RSVP to Laurie+ or on the bulletin board.
