Q: What’s a barn party?
A: A barn party is a parish gathering hosted by parishioner Sue Schmidt at her home, which is a property that includes a barn, where we move the festivities in case of rain. Mostly, though, we play outside (volleyball, hillbilly golf, and cornhole), enjoy BBQ (this time it’s mostly potluck), hear music (live music this time again!), and enjoy fellowship around a fire.
